Bio
I earned my Ph.D. in the Graduate School of Knowledge Service Engineering at KAIST in 2019, advised by Uichin Lee. My research interests span across various areas of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). Specifically, I am interested in understanding human behavioral patterns on services and designing novel intelligent services.
Before Joining in KyungHee University, I was a senior engineer in the CX(Customer eXperience) team at Samsung SDS (2020-2022). I worked as a data analyst, responsible for analyzing user behavioral patterns to find out new insight to imporve user experience and innovative strategies for future goals for customers, big companies such as Samsung, CJ, and Starbucks.
Interest
I am really interested in physical activities and I partake in several sports. My favorites include weight training, swimming, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu in which I have a blue belt. I have a body-building trainer’s license which was approved in 2016 by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of South Korea. Furthermore, I participated in a fitness competition of WNGP Anyang in 2021 and won third place (division of Physique - AGE 30s).
Even though I lost many competitions, after much perseverance and dedication, I conquered my goals and was able to place first and second in several different contests. In the end, I realize that there is no failure. I either win or learn.
